Now Available - E-Notary Services
I am officially authorized to provide E-Notary (digital notary) services in Israel — a modern and convenient way to perform certain notarial acts with a combination of in-person and digital processes.
Clients sign documents in my presence, ensuring proper identification and signature verification. Afterward, I can issue authenticated digital certification of the documents in Hebrew, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

This service is especially useful for clients seeking efficient, legally valid notarization with reduced need for multiple visits.
Apostilles
Document Authentication
As a notary, one of my key responsibilities is providing apostille services in accordance with the Hague Apostille Convention. The apostille is a form of authentication used to validate public documents for use abroad in countries that are members of the Hague Convention of 1961.I assist clients in obtaining apostilles for notarized documents such as powers of attorney, affidavits, certified translations, and other legal declarations. For these types of documents, I can issue the apostille directly at the court (forum), once the notarial act has been completed. This includes certified copies and notarized powers of attorney, which can be apostilled on-site, making the process faster and more convenient. For original public documents issued by the State of Israel—such as birth or marriage certificates, diplomas, and other civil registry records—the apostille must be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. My role is to guide clients through both procedures, ensuring that all documents meet legal requirements and are properly prepared for use abroad, in full compliance with international standards.
